Terms of use
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of hewho.gr. The site is run by George Vatalis, trading as HeWho, Athens, Greece (hello@hewho.gr). By using it you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
hewho.gr presents HeWho’s services: AI agents, custom software and websites. Its content is general information. Prices and descriptions on it are indicative and are not an offer; a project is only agreed in a written quote or contract between you and us, which then governs that work.
The AI chat
The chat is answered by an AI model. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and nothing it says is a binding offer, quote or professional advice. For anything you intend to rely on, confirm it with us at the address above. Please use the chat for questions about our services, and do not use it to send unlawful, abusive or automated content, or to try to make it behave in ways it was not built for.
Intellectual property
The HeWho name and marks, the site’s design, text, images, films and code belong to HeWho or to their licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names and work shown on the site belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other sites, such as Instagram or our clients’ sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent Greek law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content or on the chat’s answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Your personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and on the cookies page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. They are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
