Cookies and storage
Last updated
Short version: this site sets no cookies, and there is no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking on it. That is why you have not been asked to accept any.
What we store in your browser
Only one kind of thing, and only once you send a message in the chat: an identifier for your conversation, kept in your browser’s local storage, so that the chat remembers what you asked when you reload the page or come back to it.
hewho:ask:conversation, set by the Ask our AI page;hewhoo-agent:conv:…, set by the chat window that opens elsewhere on the site, which forgets it after 24 hours.
Each holds a random conversation identifier and, for the chat window, the time it was saved. Neither is shared with anyone else and neither follows you to other sites. They stay until you clear them or start a new conversation, or, for the chat window, until the 24 hours are up.
Storage like this, which is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, does not need your consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), as transposed in Greece by Law 3471/2006.
Fonts and other resources
Our fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google or any other font service, so loading them tells no one else that you visited. The Instagram link in the footer is a plain link: nothing from Instagram loads until you click it.
How to clear it
Start a new conversation in the chat, or clear this site’s data in your browser’s settings (usually under Privacy, then Site data or Cookies and site data). The chat keeps working without it; it simply starts fresh.
If this changes
If we ever add anything that is not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. What happens to the data you send us is on the privacy page.
